Wholesale Orders Only:

Elburgon Flies Supply is a worldwide wholesale premium quality fly fishing fly’s supplier.

We don’t have flies in stock, A client must order his / her flies which will be prepared according to the size of his / her order and be sent to his / her address after completion of the ordered flies.

Payment of every order is done before we start the tying process of the ordered flies.

Returns And Cancellations:

We think it is important that everyone understands the legal rights to purchasing.

We adhere to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations and want to ensure that you get the best service from us for your orders.   On receipt of your goods, you are free to handle them but please do not use them if you wish to return your order. 

Under the above-mentioned regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order with us within 2 days of your receipt of your products.

If you do cancel your order as indicated above, we will refund the payment we have received from you for the products.  You will be responsible for sending the products back to us including the shipping cost of sending the products back to us.  Please make sure you return the goods to us in their original and unused condition with all its packaging. We may deduct from your refund the loss in value of the products as a result of unnecessary handling by you, any diminishment in their value, or a cancellation due to an error on the purchaser’s part, (without limitation). 

We will refund you within 14 days after we receive the products from you in the same condition they were sent to you.  We will refund using the same method of payment you used to pay for your goods.

Discounts:

Additional discounts or promotions may be available, these will be applied automatically in the shopping basket.

Purchasing:

Buying from us is easy. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Credit Card Payments:

We accept PayPal, 2checkout MoneyGram, Western Union money transfer, Mobile money transfer or bank transfer

We have different bank accounts to suite your country, you therefore need to inquire about the bank account that works with your local currency.

Ordering:

All prices quoted are in (US dollers) and include VAT at the current rate.  It is possible to amend the displayed currency to that of your locality through use of the currency selection tool.

Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Although any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering.

Customs Requirements:

We are delighted to ship our products to anglers worldwide.  For certain countries we are required to provide a customs declaration on the contents of the package and the value of the goods when dispatching a delivery.  Please be aware that as this is a legal document, we are obliged to state the accurate details on the declaration.

Although every effort is made to ensure that all content, product information, offers and pricing are correct we reserve the right to refuse an order and refund the customer in event of any error.

Special Offers and Free Gifts:

All special offers are subject to availability. Free gifts and special offer discounts are only available at the time of ordering. The gift offer may not appear on your order, but the item will be sent if the requirement of the order is met.

Delivery Times:

Delivery time normally takes between 5 – 30 days depending on location and courier company due to international postal systems.
